Who is this course for?
As stated above ‘the Foundations are crucial’ and this applies especially to Pranayama as its primary focus is concerned with the body’s subtle energies. These videos are suitable for all Yoga practitioners, right through from beginners to experienced. They are also suitable for Teachers and Trainers as they contain many practices that can be extremely beneficial in introducing Basic Breathing/Pranayama into the class situation.
If you have no experience of Yoga but are keen to improve your breathing, general vitality and well-being, these videos are suitable, but you will need to spend longer on Videos 1 and 2.
